How do we get to Poprad?
The most convenient way of travelling using various airport in the UK is to travel Czech Airlines (CSA) directly to Prague with a good connection to Kosice , Eastern Slovakia only 105 kms from Poprad, which connects with a airport coach departing 2.30 pm from the airport direct Poprad.

Commencing 3rd December Skyeurope ( www.skyeurope.com ) will operate Wednesdays and Saturdays Stansted/Poprad for the winter ski market.

Czech Airlines (CSA) will probably start flights from Prague to Poprad in the near future.

There is a regular train service from Kosice in the town centre to Poprad.

Flights can also be taken to Bratislava but it is not recommended unless a stopover in the capital for this involves travelling from the airport to the railway station and then a 4 hour train fast train to Poprad.

A new service started in July 2005 Prague/Zilina 1225-1330 returning 1415-1525 by Czech Airlines CSA daily except Saturdays, which connects with their International flights from London. Zilina is 150 kms from Poprad.

With waiting for tee-offs can be an agonising long wait and the exorbitant green fees of 200 Euros+.
